Refund policy

ApplyReel is operated by PT ITropical Live Solutions, Alamanda Office, Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No. 67, Kedonganan, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record, which issues receipts and pays out refunds.

Single role (39 USD)

You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no candidate has completed an interview for that role. After the first completed interview the role counts as used. If ApplyReel fails to deliver a paid role, we refund it in full.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the order number from your Paddle receipt, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method by Paddle.
